Everyone - Forwarding your CWI Email

Purpose:
This article provides step-by-step instructions for setting up email forwarding in Outlook via the Office 365 web portal, allowing users to automatically forward incoming messages to another email address while optionally retaining a copy in their CWI inbox.

Steps-to-Take:

1. Logon to your email account via URL: portal.office.com

2. You may need to click on the Outlook Icon on the left hand side of the screen.

3. Click the gear  icon in the top right hand corner and search for 'forwarding'

           

4. Now select Forwarding.

5. In this window, you will set up your forwarding rules:

           

6 .Enter the email address you’d like to forward your emails to in the Forward my email to: text box.

7. We suggest checking the Keep a copy of forwarded messages box. This will keep a copy of the emails in your CWI inbox no matter what you do with them in your    other inbox.

8. Place checkmark in the box for “Enable Forwarding”.

9. Select Save when you’re finished.
