Everyone - Library Loaner Laptop Process

LIBRARY LOANER LAPTOP PROCESS

The library will frequently have a waiting list for loaner laptops as, they open the request submissions on the last day of the previous semester and begin processing laptops two weeks before each new semester. Below is the process flow:

  • Students must submit a "Request It!" ticket which is found on the library home page in the top right corner - https://cwi.edu/academic-resources/library
  • Library team will verify student is currently enrolled in classes
  • Request is processed and an email is sent once the laptop is ready for pick up
  • Students can reach out to check the status of their request by replying to their submission ticket or via:
