Students - Locked Out Blackboard Test

Details:
Instructors will have pre-defined parameters of how they administer their tests. They can make them available during certain hours of the day, all day or over multiple days. Instructors can also reset tests if something goes wrong or if the window was missed to take the test. This is entirely up to the discretion of the instructor.

Steps to take:

1. Contact your instructor. Your instructor is the only person that can re-open a test for you. Their contact information should be on the class syllabus. If for some reason you are kicked out or unable to complete the test again (besides running out of time) please follow the next steps:

2. Open a ticket by going to helpdesk.cwi.edu and fill out the ticket. (The log in information is the same as your CWI log in)
