This document shows you how to use “Search” on a Windows 10 computer. You can search Windows and the web from the taskbar to find help, apps, files, settings, and more.

Steps-to-Take:
1) You can pick up where you left off in Search home. Tap or click into the Search field in the lower left corner of your desktop. Here you will see your recent activities.

2) To get search results from your PC and the web, type what you’re looking for in the Search box.

To find more results of a certain type, choose a category that matches what you’re searching for; Apps, Documents, Email, Web, etc. You can select a category before or after you’ve started typing.
