Purpose
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up your CWI email account in the Microsoft Outlook mobile app, as well as how to remove an account if needed.
Note: You will need to visit the Google Play Store first to download the Microsoft Outlook First, before proceeding with the steps below.
Process
First-Time Login
Open the Microsoft Outlook App it should look something like this
Click ADD ACCOUNT and enter your CWI email address
If You Already have an Outlook Account Attached to The Outlook App
To add the CWI account you will click on the Account Icon in the Top Left
Once there click the settings gear in the bottom left corner
From there click Accounts
Click Add Account
The app will ask if you want to add another account
And will go through a small virtual tour or you can opt to skip it
Now you should have access to your email account
Removing an Account from Outlook
Click the Account Icon in the Top Left
Click the settings gear in the Bottom Left Corner
Click Accounts
Find the Account you would like to Remove and Click it
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and Click Remove Account
