Supported Devices/Operating systems:
Blackboard is supported on Windows and Mac operating systems. Currently, Blackboard does not support fully Chrome or Linux operating systems, so we recommend not using them.
For full Blackboard functionality please use a laptop or desktop computer. Chromebooks are supported at this time.
Supported Browsers:
CWI recommends using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox when accessing Blackboard. Please make sure any browser you are using is updated to the latest version. Older versions of these browsers are not supported even though users may have success in using them.
CWI is transitioning to Canvas. Blackboard should be phased out Fall of 2025 but may not be until Spring 2026.
