Everyone - Finding Safe and Approved AI Tools at CWI

This article explains how to locate the approved AI tools for use at the College of Western Idaho (CWI). These tools are listed under the AI Software heading on the CWI Software List.

Detailed Steps

1. Navigate to the CWI Software List:

   • Go to the following CWI Software List

2. Log in to the Portal (if prompted):

   • Enter your CWI username and password to access the CWI intranet resources.

3. Locate the AI Software Heading:

   • On the CWI Software List page, scroll down to find the AI Software heading.

4. Review the Approved AI Tools:

   • Under the AI Software heading, you will find a list of AI tools that are safe and approved for use at CWI. These tools have been vetted by the IT department to ensure compliance with CWI’s security and usage policies.

5. Contact IT for Questions or Clarifications:
