BADGE PROBLEMS
Summary
This article will walk you through verifying the successful completion of your badge and provide steps to seek assistance if needed.
Blackboard Grades:
Notes: To follow these troubleshooting steps, you will need to have access to your Blackboard account on either a computer or phone device.

Navigate to your Blackboard account. After signing in, navigate to Grades.

Locate the myCommons section under grades. Then click on View All Work.

Once in 'View All Work,' all badge grades will be visible. Locate the one you are supposed to work on, and confirm the grade is higher than 90%. If not, re-do the badge. If it is, continue to the Further Instructions section below.
