Students - How to Sign Into Adobe with Your CWI Account

This guide helps CWI students access Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) using their CWI email. It also explains how to handle issues related to account licensing and login errors.

Purpose

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for signing in to Adobe Creative Cloud using a CWI account. It ensures that users can verify their access to licensed Adobe applications and troubleshoot login issues if necessary.

Process

Note: Your CWI account must have an active Adobe license assigned in order to access Creative Cloud and Adobe apps.

1. Open Adobe Website

   • Use Google Chrome (recommended).

   • Go to www.adobe.com.

   • 

2. Click Sign In (top right corner).

3. Enter Your CWI Email Address

   • Example: yourname@my.cwi.edu.

   • 

   • You may be redirected to the CWI login page. Enter your CWI credentials if prompted.

4. Access Adobe Creative Cloud

   • Once signed in, you’ll be redirected to the Creative Cloud dashboard.

   • This is your home page for all Adobe apps.

5. Verify Access

   • From the dashboard, select Photoshop (or another app) from the top menu.

   • 

   • The app should open without a subscription prompt.
