Purpose
The purpose of this document is to inform students of an issue where the Class Schedule card in the myCWI site may display a message stating “No Classes Today” instead of showing their courses. This guide provides steps to refresh the schedule and troubleshoot the issue before submitting a Help Desk ticket if the problem continues.
Process

Click the recycle icon on the Class Schedule card to refresh your schedule. This often resolves the issue and displays your courses.
