Summary

This document will walk you through two different ways you can use to back up your data, using a network drive or a USB flash drive.

Backing Up Files to the H: Drive

  1. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Users.

  2. Open the folder with your username.

  3. Locate the files you wish to back up.

  4. Copy the selected files to your H: drive folder.

Backing Up Files Using a USB Flash Drive

  1. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Users.

  2. Open the folder with your username.

  3. Locate the files you wish to back up.

  4. Copy the selected files to your USB flash drive (typically listed under "This PC").
