Everyone - Backing Up Data

This document will walk you through two different ways you can use to back up your data, using a network drive or a USB flash drive.

-    Step 1. Browse to the C:\ drive, then ‘Users’, then find the folder with your name on it and open it.

-    Step 2. Locate the files you want to backup. Copy the files onto the H:\ drive folder.

Using a USB flash drive:

-    Step 1. Browse to the C:\ drive, then ‘Users’, then find the folder with your name on it and open it.

-    Step 2. Locate the files you want to backup. Copy the files onto your installed USB flash drive folder(s).
