Order    Status    Definition

  1. New - A ticket received in TDX but has not been reviewed by IR staff.
  2. In Review - Under review by IR or requester's leadership to assess scope, feasibility, data requirements, and appropriate prioritization to determine how to proceed. In Review tickets move to either In Refinement or Cancelled.
  3. In Refinement - Requirements are being clarified with the requester, including specifying data elements, time frames, definitions, or output format.
  4. Ready - Requirements and tasks are fully defined and the ticket is queued for work based on priority and staff availability. Ticket is not considered prioritized or scheduled until a start date is assigned.
  5. In Process - Active work is underway—data extraction, analysis, or report development is in progress.
  6. Pending Dependencies - Work or refinement is paused pending data, input, or action from another department, system, or external source outside the requester or IR's control.
  7. On Hold- Work or refinement is paused by the requester, leadership, or IR due to shifting priorities.
  8. Closed - The request is complete and the requester has confirmed the deliverable meets their requirements (or no response was received within a defined period).
  9. Cancelled - The request was withdrawn by the requester or deemed out of scope for IR.
