How to Empty the Queue for PCON Print Jobs

This FAQ is to show users the steps how to empty the queue for a PCON printer and delete any jobs
that are pending and causing a PCON error state.

Steps-to-Take:

1. Open ‘Printers & Scanners’ in system settings.
   • Note: If you type "Printers & Scanners" in the Windows Search box it will open the Settings

2.  Then select the ‘Image Now Printer’ and Click "Open Queue".

3.  Select and delete any print jobs that are pending in the queue.

4.  Highlight the print job you want to cancel and click on "Documents"
5.  Then select ‘Cancel’.
6. You should then be asked if you want to cancel all print jobs. Select yes.

7.  Should be able to print from PCON.
