Everyone - How to Update Security Questions at Logonhelp.cwi.edu

This article shows how a student or faculty can update their security question at the logonhelp.cwi.edu website.

Note: This is where you will go to sign up for the password reset service, reset, change, and update your security questions.

Steps-to-Take:

1.      Go to URL: logonhelp.cwi.edu.

2.      Select Enroll to answer a set of security questions that you will pick out.

3.      Put in your MyCWI username and password and hit Next.

Note: You need to know your password for this step, otherwise you won’t be able to update your questions.

4.      Now, you can select any question you want and put in your answer. Then click Next.

5.     Once you see the window below; your new questions and answers should be in place.
