Per our security policy and FERPA regulations, we can only reset passwords or unlock accounts for users who have verified their identity either in person or over the phone. Please call the IT Help Desk at 208-562-3444 to receive assistance resetting your password or unlocking your account. Otherwise, please create a Help Desk Ticket, leaving your preferred contact number and one of our IT Help Desk Technicians will contact you as soon as possible.
