CWI has enabled two Zoom AI Companion features: Meeting Summary using AI Companion and Remind me to turn on AI Companion when I’m hosting a meeting. This article explains what these features do, what meeting attendees will see, including the required consent prompt, and how meeting hosts can start or stop AI Companion during a Zoom meeting. Zoom AI Companion has been identified as compliant with all CWI requirements and standards.
