Process
Opening/Converting .ASHX Files:
Most people only encounter .ASHX files when trying to download a .PDF and the file failed to be renamed during the download process.
1. Simply right click on the file, click rename, and type filename.pdf replacing filename with whatever you would like to name the file.
2. Afterwards, you should be able to open the file like a normal .PDF.
