Purpose
This article is intended to guide College of Western Idaho (CWI) employees through the process of accessing and submitting Facilities-related tickets using the TeamDynamix (TDX) platform. It also provides descriptions of the most commonly used Facilities service types to help users select the appropriate ticket category for their request.
Process
- Access the College of Western Idaho (CWI) website at cwi.edu, then click on the "Help Desk" link to proceed.
- Once you are on the Help Desk TDX Client site, make sure to sign in, without signing in, you won't have access to the full list of ticket categories.
- After signing in, navigate to the "Submit Ticket" section to begin the process.

- In the "Service Catalog," locate and click on the "Facilities" category.
- Finally, after selecting the Facilities category, you will see a list of ticket types available. Choose the one that best matches your issue.
