Student – myCWI “Class Schedule” Card Not Showing Courses

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to inform students of an issue where the Class Schedule card in the myCWI site may display a message stating “No Classes Today” instead of showing their courses. This guide provides steps to refresh the schedule and troubleshoot the issue before submitting a Help Desk ticket if the problem continues.

 

Process

Click the recycle icon on the Class Schedule card to refresh your schedule. This often resolves the issue and displays your courses.

If the problem persists, submit a Help Desk ticket and include:

  • Screenshots of what you see on the Class Schedule card

  • A list of the troubleshooting steps you have already tried
