How to Empty the Queue for PCON Print Jobs

Steps-to-Take:
Open ‘
Printers & Scanners
’ in system settings.
Note: If you type "Printers & Scanners" in the Windows Search box it will open the Settings
Then select the ‘
Image Now Printer
’ and Click "
Open Queue
".
Select and delete any print jobs that are pending in the queue.
Highlight the print job you want to cancel and click on "
Documents"
Then select ‘
Cancel
’.
You should then be asked if you want to cancel all print jobs. Select
yes.
Should be able to print from PCON.
