Everyone - How to Change Address on CWI Account or Prove Residency

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS

Summary: This Article will show how you can change your preferred address on your CWI account.

  1. To access your Self-Service Toolkit, go to the CWI Homepage (link) and select 'Self-Service Toolkit' from the Login drop-down menu. Alternatively, you can click directly on this link: https://selfservice.cwi.edu/student/ 


     
  2. You will then be prompted with a login box. Please enter your username, either with or without the email extension, as both versions should work.


     
  3. Next, you will likely be asked to sign in again, this time by entering your username (with the email extension) and password on the SSO page.


  4. Once you are on the Self-Service Toolkit webpage, navigate to your profile.


     
  5. Next, locate the section labeled 'Addresses' and add your new address.

That completes the steps needed to add a new address. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the new address to be reflected in your file and to become the preferred address.

Please note that you cannot set an address as the preferred one, so don't worry if you are unable to do so. Additionally, if after 48 hours your address is still not marked as preferred, wait up to a week. If it is still not marked as preferred by then, email the Registrar's Office. "Registrar" <registrar@cwi.edu>

 

HOW TO PROVE YOUR RESIDENCY IN IDAHO

1. Navigate to https://cwi.edu/file/residency-redetermination-form  

2. Download and fill out the Residency Re-determination Form

3. Submit the forum in person at one of our One Stop Student Services Locations or email it to onestop@cwi.edu.  

NOTE: After you submit the forum, please expect the change to take up to One Week to process. If the update did not occur within the one-week time frame, contact One-Stop or the Registrar's office.
