Everyone - How to Disassociate CWI Account From Computer

Steps-to-Take Method, 1:

  1. Open a browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and go to the URL: MyAccount.Microsoft.com.
  2. Sign in to your account
    • Note: Use your CWI Credentials to log in. If you do not know these, you will need to call the Help Desk (208-562-3444)

  1. Select Devices from the left navigation pane or select the Manage devices link from the Devices block.

  1. Review the information for your connected devices, making sure you recognize them all.

  1. You can disable any of your connected devices at any time. This is especially important if a device is not familiar to you or if a device is lost or stolen or if you no longer wish for your organization to control your device.
    • After you disable a device, it can no longer be authenticated by your organization, and will be unable to access any of your organization's resources.
  2. Select Disable for the device(s) you want to remove and disassociate.

Steps-to-take, Method 2:

  1.  Type “Access Work or School” in the Windows Search Box (Lower left corner of screen)

  1. When the window opens, find your school account, click on it then click on “Manage your account”.
